The quality of the customer service and the excellence of the actual servicing of the car makes the four hour round trip worth it. I researched the car and dealerships extensively online. However, at that time I was not aware of "online buying". I started the process, but continue to research other dealers. As with most people I have had bad experiences with dealers. This experience was like none other. Everything I was told was true (I verified everything). This dealership also throws in an extended warranty if you do all of your service at their shop. They offer unlimited car washes. The new car had a full tank of gas (they take care of you). Purchasing a car is no longer a nightmare, at least not at this dealership. If you are going to purchase a Toyota, this is the place!!!!!
