Donation Requests

Coos Bay Toyota has been Coos Counties No Problem place to buy and service your vehicle for over 40 years. We are committed to working hard to make our community a better place to live, work and play. Our entire team of employees, together with our national and community partners, have always strived to enhance the lives of our customers, friends and neighbors throughout the county. The Coos Bay Toyota program looks to have a special emphasis on supporting children through education and youth programming, as well as supporting the vibrant arts and events that the area offers.

We support organizations and programs in the following areas: Education, Youth, Arts, Wildlife and Hunting Preservation and Protection, and Pet Rescue/Animal Advocacy efforts.

We accept sponsorship requests for events as well as donations of goods or services at our dealerships for fundraising efforts such as live or silent auctions.

To be eligible under the Coos Bay Corporate Giving Program, organizations must have a current tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or be a public school, college or university operated exclusively for public purposes.

Please allow 4 weeks to process your request. Requests with event dates that fall during this time frame will not be considered. All applications must include a 501(c)(3) determination letter. Use the attachment button below.

If we are able to accept your request or support in some way we will contact you within the four weeks of receiving your request. Please include a description of your event, expected attendance, ways the event will be advertised, and then how and the level you hope to see Coos Bay Toyota partnering.
